Cancellation Policy
Congratulations on taking this small step toward regaining confidence. This is a non refundable payment. If the Client must cancel a scheduled coaching appointment, the Client will communicate to the Coach, via phone or e-mail, a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled call.If the Coach must cancel a coaching session the coach will provide notice to the Client a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled call, if at all possible. Every reasonable effort to reschedule within a month will be made by both the Client and the Coach. Limit 1 tune-up every 6 months. If more than 1 tune-up is purchased/scheduled during a 6 month period, the session will be canceled and you will be issued a refund.
