Over the course of 10 sessions, we will meet to discuss your current challenges, identify strengths as individuals and as a family system, create your vision for the future, and explore strategies to reach your goal.

Join our group program with 6-8 parents as we follow a structured model of parent coaching. We'll identify goals as a group, and then each family will create their own personal strategy throughout our sessions.

Clients who have completed the 10 session course or group program are qualified to meet for a "tune up" whenever needed. This may look like a mini coaching format or simply brainstorming solutions.

Our Clients Say

I'm much better at articulating myself in writing and so I wanted to say once again how very grateful I am for the coaching sessions. I can see why you are a parent coach, because you're clearly a natural. You gave me so much great advice, but also found a way to pull out knowledge and skills that were already inside of me. In this relatively short amount of time, I've learned so much about myself, my family, and my parenting that I would have not been able to get anywhere else. I'm feeling a bit more on the hopeful side at the moment, because I do think that over time these lessons will really help me and my family. You've helped me focus on connecting with my kids, which that in itself seems like the most valuable lesson I could possibly learn on this parenting journey!
